Yeah, it's both the CAA and the airline. Like Pakistan International airlines, only their B-777s are allowed in EU and none of their B-747s because of bad maintenance. SM

| TAAG bientot de retour en UE??? 20 February, 2008 - Citation :
- European Union experts began on Monday an investigation of measures taken by Brussels against TAAG Angola Airlines that resulted in the operator being banned from European airspace in July 2007. The investigation team comprises officials appointed by European Union member states and by the European Aviation Safety Agency, EASA. The removing of TAAG from an EU blacklist depends on the result of a report to be issued at the end of the evaluation.
TAAG sources say they are optimistic at the result of the report by the air safety team, invited to Angola by the Angolan authorities. TAAG spokesperson Agnela Barros recently said the airline had done everything to rectify safety lapses detected by European officials last July that lead to the ban. http://www.african-aviation.com/
